💚 About Project
Every child deserves a safe place to learn, grow, and feel valued. Opeka responds by combining education with care, emotional well-being, recreation, and family support.
In the first semester of 2026, all 52 students living at the centre were enrolled in school and successfully passed the first semester, while 56 kindergarten children were prepared to progress to primary school.
The project also began supporting families through crop and animal packages, helping them explore sustainable ways to strengthen household livelihoods.
🎯 Goal
To provide education, care, and a safe environment for children and young people from vulnerable backgrounds.
🌱 Mission
To create safe and supportive spaces where children can learn, develop their abilities, build confidence, and prepare for a better future, while strengthening families and communities.
